Well the bookings are transferred to you. So you have to honor the bookings. Sometimes you get two, three months worth of bookings and the good news is you get the money too. So, at closing day, what happens is the money gets transferred to you for all the bookings and you are also provided the contacts, so you can check in your new people. Usually the bookings transfer. Sometimes the condo will go for a little less if it does not have future bookings.
