The 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath floorplan type 2 has 1446 square feet living with 623 on the first floor and 823 on the second floor. It comes with a two car garage with 450 square foot interior, a 29 square foot front porch and 135 square foot covered lanai for lounging.
The 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath floorplan type 3 has 1853 square feet living with 1290 on the ground floor and 563 on the second floor. There is a 35 square foot porch, 173 square foot covered lanai, and 450 square foot garage. This third plan also has option for a fourth bedroom which would give it 2047 square feet living space with 1290 on the ground floor, 757 on the second floor. There is a 35 square foot porch, 173 square foot covered lanai and 450 square foot garage. Homes here have ocean views or mountain views of Haleakala and the valley below.
Monthly maintenance fees range from $446 to $542 a month and all of the 103 units at Villas at Kehalani pay a master association fee of $55 a month.
