Ke Alii Kai is a preferred upscale neighborhood in South Kihei with newer homes located minutes from all the best Kihei and Wailea has to offer. Built in 2001 and, Ke Alii Kai is a development built by Towne Island Homes with ninety-five plantation style residences ranging from one to two stories. It is a rare development that has some homes with attached ohana or detached guest cottage that allows for housing extended family or guests, or for an income producing rental.  An active Homeowners association maintains the neighborhood grassy park, upholds minimum neighborhood standards with CC&R’s and collects an $80 HOA fee monthly.
