It is another Happy ALOHA Friday at Dinits Realty.
Our Buyer Client was successful in scoring a groundfloor oceanfront condo in Kahana.

Our team is huge!

#1 is our office Manager Mary Dinits.
Mary is in charge! She manages my schedule and will often schedule appointments for Buyers and Sellers.

Escrow – Title has got my back and yours!
They will let us know if there are title issues and will work to make your closing go smoothly.

Inspectors We have 3 Professional Inspection Companies that we refer our clients to. We will need to discuss location and type of property so I point you in the right direction.

When it comes to Lenders I have more than 3 that I refer out on a regular basis.

Today’s closing was a cash purchase.

We have a team of Pest Inspectors, Landscapers, Cleaning Companies, Contractors and more.

Did you know our service does not end at the closing table?

In fact I receive on average 5 calls a week from past clients that have a specific need or question. They call me first because they know I most likely will know the right person to refer them to. Sometimes past clients call just to say Hi and catch up and that is OK, I welcome that.
