Maui Vista is a desirable condo hotel located across the street from Charlie Young and Kamaole One beaches. Built in 1980, Maui Vista condominium has 280 units in three buildings with four stories and elevator service. Most units (208) have one bedroom, one bath with interiors that range from 584 to 616 square feet, one unit has 631 square feet. The remaining 71 apartments are top floor, fourth floor, town houses and have two bedrooms, one and half baths and interiors that range from 822 to 875 square feet.

Units are identified by four numbers: first number is the building (with 1 closest to Kihei Road, 2 in the middle of complex and 3 farthest from road and quietest), second number is the floor of the building, the last two numbers identify the rooms on each floor. Buildings are V shaped with the elevator located where the two wings meet. One side of building is more desirable with lanais and properties facing south towards ocean, Molokini and Kahoolawe islands.

These room unit numbers have the best opportunity for great views in building 1: units 01 to 18, in building 2: 01 to 12, building 3: 01 to 13. Second wing faces West Maui Mountains and parking lot with some rare peek-a boo water views. Inside amenities include in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchens with dishwasher and microwave, cable tv, and air conditioning. Each building has its own Tennis Courts, Pool and Barbecue Area. Maintenance fees include cable water, sewer, and common area maintenance. Ground floor units feature larger lanai with a trade off in privacy. Best views are on higher floors and condos with the least road noise are in building 3. Maui Vista is situated on an 8.82 acre parcel with lush tropical landscaping and parking running along the left side of property.

Great location is walking distance to some of the best beaches, shopping, restaurants and live entertainment in South Maui. A condo at Maui Vista would make a perfect primary residence, second home or a vacation rental.

This is not a pet friendly complex but they cannot discriminate against a certified service animal.
