Kamaole Sands sits on 15 acres with meticulously maintained common areas, tropical landscaping and water features.

You and your guests will enjoy the large swimming pool, 2 jetted spas, a kiddie pool, eight Barbecue Areas with gas grills, and four tennis courts. Monthly Maintenance fee includes pool and common area maintenance, water, garbage, sewer and basic cable.

This condominium is in desirable South Kihei with easy access to Shops of Wailea and the best beaches. Kamaole Three beach with great swimming and snorkeling is across the street and it is a short walk to award winning Keawakapu Beach with Beachfront dining, Kam two and Kam One beaches, dining, shopping and other activities.
